Classic 40' Pacemaker sportfish. Large cockpit area for fishing, and good space in the salon and galley for comfortable cruising.
Powered by twin Detroit Diesel 6-71TI's that have 1176 hours on them since a major overhaul. The generator is a 10kw Westerbeke.
Forward V-berth in the bow, along with a guest cabin on the port side. Full head with sink and stand up shower stall.
Galley has a Princess stove/oven with three burners, a full size Haier fridge, and Sharp microwave.
Overall this boat was in great shape, but there are two issues that will need to be addressed by her next owner. One, is the bow hatch has a leak, its currently covered with plastic to keep the forward V-berth dry, and the eisenglass enclosure will need to be replaced up on the flybridge.
