This boat is presently based in the UK. and is UK registered. The hull and deck have been built by a French boat yard called CNT. using the mahogany /epoxy cold molded technique, between 1986 and 1992. Then, the bare hull remained as an unfinished project in a boat yard until the present owner bought her in 2008. Plans were to finish building and equip this hull as a retirement project. Present owner has been a catamaran builder in Canada and Thailand for the last 25 years and also a naval architect and is the designer and original builder of the MANTA 38 & 40 catamarans, now built in Florida by Manta catamaran. Boat was launched for the first time in France in May 2009, and since then has been cruising around the French and British coasts.
