Monica Ischinger handled our closing and could not have been more professional and helpful. Monica was extremely pleasant to work with and went to great lengths to make the close as uneventful and timely as possible, to include intervening with a rude and uncooperative marina during the pick-up.
My wife and I are particularly grateful to Rachel Ling Dyals for her monumental effort in resolving a very difficult situation.
Our title paperwork was sent via FedEx to our office, acknowledged as delivered, but was nowhere to be found.
FedEx was not helpful and the challenge was to replace the title.
This is where Rachel demonstrated her superstar abilities!
To compress the story, Rachel had to deal with every possible uncooperative scenario imaginable to include the former owner, the State of New York, the original loan bank, etc. to replace the title.
Only through her creativity and resourcefulness did she reach out to the Director of the Maryland DNR Licensing Office to request a waiver (see below) who was kind enough to grant one, while also contacting our bank to update them on the situation.
Bottom line, Rachel is one in a million and saved the day for us!

No way!"This time last year we were running around buying my boat before the winter set in .The Robalo 265 that I own is on even footing with a Haines or a seafarer here in Australia for finish fishability and sea keeping and the best of all its a third of the price in the states compared to here in Australia so you can get a whole lot of boat for a lot less money . And last and by far not the least the amount of remarks saying how good the Robalo looks when ever I am at the harbour launching it or just cruising is fantastic just knowing that every one wants a boat just like the one I own . "I Would Not Have Found My Boat Without POP Yachts"I initially started researching importing a boat from the US for 6 months prior to contacting Pop Yachts. Although this was beneficial, it could not replace the professional research and advice provided to me from Popyachts. Kevin and Scott know the market very well and what is available. "3 Reasons I Now Believe in Brokers"When I began working with Kevin last summer to purchase a boat, a lot of my friends asked why I would use a broker. After nearly a six month search, I am able to provide several sound reasons. The most significant reason being I really didn't know a lot about boats! I told Kevin what I wanted and what my budget was, and he took it from there. Kevin sent me pictures and information daily on boats from around the country that met my criteria. If I was interested, HE contacted the seller and gathered additional information for me.
